- العربون غير قابل للاسترجاع في حال إلغاء الطلب.
الإرجاع والاستبدال
- أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة، غير معدلة، غير معطرة، وغير مغسولة.
- إرجاع القطعة بجميع ملحقاتها الأصلية.
- في حال استلام قطعة تالفة أو غير مطابقة للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 72 ساعة من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وارسال صور واضحة.
- سيتم مراجعة الحالة وتقديم الحل المناسب.
- العبايات المفصلة حسب مقاسات العميلة غير قابلة للإرجاع.
